Orders ship from Calgary, usually within two business days, and most arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Complimentary shipping from $105, in Canada and the United States — two pieces always clear it. Under $105, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Complimentary returns within 30 days, unworn and with tags. Email info@koaheroes.ca and we'll send a label. Embroidered garments are made to order and can't be returned — we'll confirm your spelling and placement before anything is stitched.
