21% rayon
The softness. Rayon carries the drape and the against-the-skin feel that polyester alone can't give — what makes a 12-hour shift wearable.
7% spandex
The stretch. Four-way, so the garment moves in every direction you do — reach, bend, lift, repeat — and returns to shape when you stand still.
