THE FABRIC

Named by what's in it.

KOA scrubs are 72% polyester, 21% rayon, 7% spandex. No mystery blends, no trademarked fantasy names — the composition is the story, and it hasn't changed since 2021.

What each fibre does

Topstitched cargo pocket on forest green KOA scrub joggers

72% polyester

The structure. It holds the garment's shape and colour through industrial wash cycles — the reason a five-year-old KOA set still reads as uniform, not as worn out.

21% rayon

The softness. Rayon carries the drape and the against-the-skin feel that polyester alone can't give — what makes a 12-hour shift wearable.

7% spandex

The stretch. Four-way, so the garment moves in every direction you do — reach, bend, lift, repeat — and returns to shape when you stand still.

The durability test no lab can shortcut.

The clinics that chose KOA in 2021 are washing the same fabric today. Five years of clinic laundry — hot cycles, week after week, on garments that have to look like a uniform every morning — is the wash test that matters. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no fabric softener. No ironing needed.

We have been using KOA for both our medical clinics for over 3 years now. Staff love the design and stretch — the fabric handles multiple washes with little to no fade.

We don't run sales.

No strikethrough prices, no countdown clocks, no discount code waiting in a popup. The price on the garment is what it's worth — the same prices Canadian clinics have paid since 2021. When we can make the fabric better, we will. Until then, the number you see is the number, every day. Priced once, honestly.
