Scrubs for Canadian dental clinics - how team ordering works
Outfitting a dental clinic means one specification, repeated reliably: every hire gets the same colours, the same fit options, the same logo. KOA Health Heroes runs a clinics program built for exactly that — team pricing from 5 sets, clinic logo embroidery done locally at $20 per garment, up to three stocked colours to code your team, and a size sheet kept on file so re-orders take one email. Canadian dental teams have used it since 2021.

Why do dental teams standardize on one scrub brand?
Re-ordering stops being a project. When the clinic is on one brand and one spec, a new hire is a single email rather than a fresh round of sizing, colour matching and approvals. KOA keeps your size sheet on file so the second order looks like the first.
Colour can do work. Coding by role — hygienists in one colour, assistants in another, front desk in a third — tells a patient who they are speaking to before anyone introduces themselves. Up to three stocked colours per team keeps that readable without becoming a stock problem.
Embroidery makes it the clinic’s uniform. A clinic logo, staff name or credentials at $20 per garment, done locally, with no minimum on the embroidery itself.
Which scrub colours work for a full dental team?
Navy is the safest choice for a full team right now. Black and Caribbean Blue also work well for teams, but some sizes are short at the moment. Grey, Merlot, Blush Pink and Sage work well for smaller teams. Availability is confirmed against your size sheet before any date is promised.
What does it cost?
Team pricing starts at 5 sets and improves again at 10; the rate is confirmed on the quote alongside the size sheet. Individual pieces are $47 for a One Pocket Top and $58 for a High Rise Jogger, with men’s scrubs on the same fabric and fit logic. There is no minimum to order from KOA at all — team pricing is a standing service for clinics, not a promotion.
